In the Port-au-Prince, Haiti sequence of Quantum of Solace, James Bond is dumped in a back alley after Camille throws him out of her car. He quickly incapacitates a local motorcyclist and commandeers the bike, wearing these boots throughout the ensuing high-speed pursuit through the crowded city streets and harbor area as he follows Camille toward the docks, leading into the subsequent boat chase.

The Church's Ryder III is an ankle-high two-eyelet chukka boot from the Northampton shoemaker's Custom Grade line. Made by Church's, the English footwear maker established in 1873 by Thomas Church and his sons, the model features a dark brown Castoro suede upper, leather lining, and durable Goodyear welt construction for resoling and longevity. The Ryder III is distinguished by its rubber sole, offering more grip than the original Ryder's crepe sole. In Quantum of Solace, Daniel Craig wears the brown suede Ryder III as James Bond during the Haiti sequences.
