The Pro-Ject RPM 9.2 Evolution is a high-end belt-drive turntable from Pro-Ject Audio Systems. Released in 2012, it uses a mass-loaded MDF plinth filled with granulate, a heavy acrylic platter, an inverted ceramic main bearing, and an outboard motor system to reduce mechanical noise, vibration, and resonance while improving speed stability. It is fitted with a 9cc Evolution carbon-fiber tonearm for rigidity and accurate tracking, and rests on three individually height-adjustable magnetic feet for additional isolation.
