Robert Welch's Trattoria pattern is a modern reworking of the firm's earlier Bistro cutlery, originally developed from a wooden-handled range first designed in the early 1960s by Robert Welch. The Trattoria Bright Steak Knife features a forged, specially hardened stainless-steel blade with a mirror-polished finish and a moulded black POM handle secured by stainless-steel compression rivets. The on-screen knife matches the Bright version, with its polished steel blade and black synthetic handle rather than the earlier rosewood-handled Bistro form.
